Open Positions:
Construction Worker
Pay: $28 to $32/hour
Responsibilities: Operate heavy equipment such as excavators, bulldozers, and backhoes for construction, hauling, and excavation.
Prepare sites for building, construction, and pipeline trenching.
Perform daily maintenance on heavy equipment.
Assist in constructing roads, bridges, and buildings.
Cleaner
Pay: $40/hour
Responsibilities: Perform general and detailed cleaning in luxury apartments across Downtown Seattle and surrounding areas.
Handle housekeeping tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and laundry.
Bring and use personal cleaning supplies, including a vacuum, mop, and disinfectants.
Forklift Operator
Pay: 23.85 to $29.34/hour
Responsibilities: Sort, handle, load, and unload palletized and non-palletized freight.
Operate manual and motorized equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts.
Secure freight inside trailers using appropriate tools.
Follow company safety policies and maintain an efficient workflow.
